Action:

1) Make a backup of the Schedule+ data by exporting the file:

a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Export'.
b) Select 'Schedule+ Interchange...' from the submenu.
c) Choose the range of data and information to be exported in the Export Schedule+ Interchange' dialog box.

d) Click 'OK'.

2) Delete the current Schedule data on both the local computer and the server:

a) When starting Schedule+ on the local computer, press and hold down CTRL+SHIFT.
b) Click 'Yes' button when prompted 'Are you sure you want to clear your schedule data?'.

c) When the Schedule+ screen appears, select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'.
d) Click the 'Synchronize' tab.
e) Select the 'Work primarily from local file' check box.
